Shipping and Returns

Here's how it works! 


1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1-3 days. Any orders placed on the weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. 


2. Shipping Methods and Rates
International
Good news, we ship worldwide! Rates are TBD at checkout. 


3. Customs and Duties
We are not responsible for any import duties, broker fees, customs and taxed incurred on international shipments. Any fees incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. 


4. Returns and Exchanges
At this time we are unable to process returns. Due to the limitations of resources as a small business, returns are extremely difficult. We hope to offer this in the future as we grow as a business. With that in mind please double check when ordering and reach out with any questions before placing your order. 

If you need an exchange on an item for a different size we would be happy to do that for you. Our swim is made to fit you! Please note we reserve the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet our requirements. All swim must be:

- unworn in original condition with no stains, marks, or damages

- hygienic liner remaining in place and unaltered 

Any exchanges sent to us not meeting our requirements will be sent back to you at your expense. We do not cover any associated shipping costs on exchanges.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include pictures of the damaged items so we can understand what might have happened and prevent it in the future!

Incorrect Orders

If you receive your order with a mistake please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number and the error that occurred and we will sort it out.

Lost Order

If you believe your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us and provide us with the order number. We will be happy to look into that for you!
